Founded in 1964, SIFCA is an Ivorian agro-industrial group specializing in three key sectors of the African economy: oil palm, sugarcane, and natural rubber. It operates across the entire production chain, from plantation management and raw material processing to the marketing of semi-finished and finished products.
Present in 5 countries, the Group has more than 33,000 employees, spread across 13 subsidiaries, some of which are listed on the Abidjan Stock Exchange (SAPH, PALMCI and SUCRIVOIRE).
SIFCA's unique characteristic lies in its family-run nature, which places the human element at the heart of its priorities. This principle of choice is based on three values (Responsibility, Ethics, and Quality), which reflect the principles of sustainable development to which SIFCA has been strongly committed for several decades.
